Making changes

So it’s the new year…the perfect time to make some healthy changes in my life and my family’s.   I’m joining a biggest loser challenge and also a wellness supplement group where I take 3 Young Living supplements for 3 months and observe the changes.  I’m hoping with all these healthy changes I will experience benefits to my body and how I feel.   In my mind I believe it will also help me spiritually, learning restraint to my bodily desires.  My health routine will include prayer.  The goal is healthy mind, body and soul.  With all this, like anything is a desir to teach my children through example.  We have started with daily exercise and it’s been fun!  Prayers for a successful journey are welcome.
